THE YARD

The Yard is perfect for hosting a wide variety of gatherings. Bring coworkers together with a corporate outing, celebrate a birthday or a graduation, or host your reunion.

Absolutely. We welcome guests of all ages and have a toy box on site for little ones in the sand. We are dog friendly as well with leash requirements!

Semi-Private: We offer reserved sections of 25 seats to parties during open hours at The Yard.
Private: When The Yard is closed to the public, it can be dedicated to your group! Everything we have to offer is available to enjoy.

We have fun at The Yard. Play all evening long with four volleyball courts, plenty of cornhole, board games, and of course, great food & drinks! Bring a karaoke machine if you want, we’ll work with you to make your event dreams come true.

Semi Private: $40 per 25 seats per hour during open hours
Volleyball courts: $40 per hour per court during open hours
Private: $300 per hour with a $20 per person food & beverage minimum, outside of open hours.

Outside food & beverage is not permitted except for celebratory desserts such as cakes.
Earthworks Café & Lounge

Earthworks is perfect for hosting meetings, celebrations of all kinds, and meals with full service.

Community Room: this holds up to 24 for seated meals and approximately 40 for standing cocktail-style. The community room rents for $40/hour with the venue fee waived for nonprofit, 501c-3 organizations. The room includes a dry erase board and a large TV screen with Roku for your convenience.
Party Area: We block off the front corner section of the restaurant that includes the community room. This area seats about 60 for meal service and around 125 for standing cocktail service. The party area can be reserved for $75/hour Mon-Thurs and $100/hour Fri-Sun.
The entire restaurant is available for booking on a case by case basis. Please inquire for pricing.

You have options! Guests can either pay for their own tabs or we can cash out the total with the responsible party at the end of the night. You’re welcome to limit bar tabs either by amount or by type of beverages.

Of course! Our space is your space and we always encourage flair.

Venue fees are 100% refundable if cancellation occurs more than 14 days in advance, 50% refundable if more than 7 days in advance, and nonrefundable if cancellation is within a week of event date.
